History
Betopia is a real estate and property company presently engaged in developing a range of residential and commercial units using state-of-the-art design and an in-house team of experts. Incorporated as a fully-fledged property company in 2016, Betopia’s founder has successfully handed over 100 residential units mostly located in the prime residential areas south of the Old Airport since first entering the market in 2005. Currently, our developments are located all across Addis, from Kazanchis to German square and from Olympia to Bisrate Gabriel.

We offer a complete, one-stop-shop level of service ranging from consulting, acquisition and development of real estate properties to communication and sales of properties.
